One-on-one communication with experienced and trained Coordinator leading up to the big day.
Itemized worksheet to organize the inventory.
1-hour meeting to go over wedding decor, placement, overall look, room layout, and even help you with your timeline a couple of weeks before your wedding.
Transportation of inventory to the wedding location is also an option.
3 onsite hours of setup service by an experienced coordinator on the day-of – including setup of ceremony items, programs, escort cards, place cards, table numbers, cake cutting items, champagne flutes, photos, basic DIY decor, lawn games, and props, etc.
We set up all your decor with the exception of dining tables and chairs
VISION CURATING
Initial design meeting
Curation of couple’s Pinterest board to curate and finalize inspiration (includes 2 rounds of revision)
Creation of a final wedding vision board and design plan to share with vendor team (includes 1 round of revisions)
Assistance with sourcing wedding day essentials such as ceremony items, and wedding day paper goods like signage, escort cards, table numbers, programs, and menus*
Help with sourcing decor, gifts, and attire (examples: non-floral centerpieces like candles; wedding party gifts; attire and accessories for groom and groomsmen; bridesmaid attire and accessories; etc)*
Help selecting and ordering rentals such as chairs, linens, and place settings

Assistance with all travel details and bookings including lodging, dinner and activities

NOTE: The couple is responsible for travel costs for planner if elopement outside is New York State.

Whether you’re celebrating something big or small, Four Seasons Events will design a custom party that leaves a lasting impression. We will work with you to choose a theme and create the perfect décor to match. We will also introduce you to the best vendors and manage those relationships to ensure your vision is brought to life. As the host, you will have the opportunity to mingle with your guests and enjoy yourself while I ensure every last detail is taken care of from setup to teardown. A Four Seasons party may include:
